4. Coaching and Training Disclaimer

LiftProg provides training planning tools and informational content. It does not provide medical advice. You are responsible for your own training decisions, technique, and safety practices.

5. Subscriptions and Paid Features

If premium features are introduced, pricing, billing terms, and refund rules will be presented clearly before purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

LiftProg branding, design, and software content are owned by LiftProg or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute service content except as allowed by law.

7. Third-Party Services

LiftProg depends on third-party services, including Supabase, Google OAuth, and Vercel. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes from these providers.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also modify these Terms when needed for legal, operational, or product reasons.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

LiftProg is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiftProg will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
